     Pineapple Gooey Cake

1 package yellow cake mix
1 egg
8 Tblsp. melted butter
1 8 oz package softened cream cheese
1 20 oz can drained crushed pineapple
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
8 Tblsp. melted butter
16 oz powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine cake mix, egg, and butter. Mix well with an electric mixer. Pat the mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 pan.
Filling: Beat the cream cheese and pineapple until smooth. Add the eggs, vanilla, and butter. Add the powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, mix well. Spread over the cake batter and bake for 40-50 min. Do not overbake, the center should be a little gooey.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with whipped cream.
