     Buttermilk Chive Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
8 small Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup reduced fat buttermilk
2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
 

Instructions
To a large pot, add potatoes and cover with water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and continue cooking until potatoes are tender, 15 to 18 minutes. Drain and return potatoes to pot. Add buttermilk and mash with a potato masher until smooth. Stir in chives.
