     Pizza Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 cup mini pepperoni
1 cup mozerella cheese (shredded)
 
Instructions
Wisk together dry ingredients Add egg and milk add pepperoni and cheese Mix and let stand 10 minutes
Preheat oven at 375 Spray muffin tin Mix dough once and spoon into tins Cook 20-25 minutes
Dip in pizza sauce
I usually double or triple recipe because it doesn't make alot. Its a good appetizer if you use mini muffin tins.
