24 oz of milk chocolate
|

3 cups nuts, low salt no shell
|
| |
2 cups mini-marshmellows
|

Instructions |

|
Mix nuts and marshmallows in large bowl. Melt
chocolate in double boiler. Do not add anything
|
|
|
|
Pour melted chocolate over nuts, and stir until
coated. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan and spread even.
let cool at least 2 hours
|

|
|
Once cool, turn upside down onto cutting board to
remove rocky road from pan. Using sharp knife, cut to
desired sized pieces.
