Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix
well. Put in a large airtight container and store
in a cool, dry place. Makes about 17 cups of hot
chocolate.
To drink- add 3 tablespoons mix to 1 cup hot
water. Stir to dissolve.
Variations- Use strawberry flavored hot chocolate
mix. Stire in crushed peppermint candies. Stir in
ground cinnamon or a drop of cinnamon oil. Stir in
a few drops of orange extract, almond extract.
