     Spaghetti Salad

Ingredients
1 lb thin spaghetti broke into 3-4 inch pieces
3 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 zucchini, diced
1 yellow squash, diced
1 red peper, diced
1 yellow or orange pepper, diced
1 red onion diced
1 cucumber, diced
2 (2.25 oz) sliced black olives, drained
 
8 oz cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
DRESSING-
1 16 oz bottle Italian Dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
Cook spaghetti according to package directions, then rinse in cold water and set aside.
Place tomatoes, squash, peppers, onion, cucumber, olives and cheese in a large bowl. Add cooled spaghetti and mix well.
In a small bowl, mix together Italian dressing paprika and garlic powder. Pour on top of spaghetti and vegetables and mix well until completely combined.
Let sit in the refrigerator for 2 or more hours before serving. Salad gets better with time and flavors blend together
Serving Suggestions
Salad Supreme can be sprinkled on top if wanted
