     Roquefort Dip

Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonaise
1 tblsp vinegar
1 tblsp lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped chives
1 teas salt
1 teas black pepper
1/8 teas garlic powder
1/4 pound roquefort cheese, crumbled
 
8 ounces cream cheese
Instructions
Mix cream cheese with vinegar, lemon juice, chives, salt, pepper, and garlice powder. Mix in the sour cream, mayonnaise, and roquefort cheese last.
Serving Suggestions
This is also good on baked potatoes. For salad dressing, leave out cream cheese.
