Brown sausage.
Add in favorite pasta sauce and any seasonings you prefer.
Cook pasta - 1 minute short of al dente according to package.
Add pasta to sauce and stir.
Mix Ricotta, parmesean, and 1/2 mozzarella.
Put 1/2 noodles, sauce mixture into 9x13 baking pan.
Top with cheese mixture.
Put remaining noodles and sauce mixture on top of cheese mixture.
Top with remaining mozzarella.
Bake at 350 until cheese is melted - about 30 minutes.
