     Lentil Soup

Ingredients
Cook 1 1/2 cup lentils overnight-drain
2 cups potatoes
5 slices bacon (chopped)
1 cup chopped onion
2 cup celery chopped
1 cup carrots
1/2 clover garlic
4 cubes bouillon
1 tbs salt
 
2 bay leaves
2 whole cloves
2 tbs red vinegar
2 cups sliced garlic sausage
thinly sliced leek

Instructions
Saute the bacon, onion, celery, carrots, and garlic. add the potatoes, bouillon, salt, bay leaves, and cloves to the lentils and simmer at least 2 hours. Add the vinegar, garlic sausage, and leek.
