In same pan, add onions and carrots. Cook
until tender. Add curry powder and garam
masala. Cook for about 30 seconds until
fragrant. Then add rice and parsley stems.
Cook for about 1 minutes until toasted. Add 2c
of water. Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer
and cover. Cook for about 15 minutes until rice
is tender. After, add cooked ground beef, peas
and parsley leaves. Taste and season with salt
and pepper. Cook until peas are warm.
