Soften yeast in water and sugar. Add salt and
flour, mix till smooth and just a little
sticky. Let rest 10 min. Grease jelly roll pan
(cookie sheet with a little higher sides).
Sprinkle the pan with parmesan cheese, garlic
salt and cornmeal. Spread dough carefully or it
will tear. Melt butter and spread on top.
Sprinkle with parmesan, garlic salt and
cornmeal. Cut into sticks (with pizza cutter or
knife) before baking. Bake 400 15 min.
