     Corn Flake Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 Cup of Skim Butter Milk
2-3 drops of Hot Red Pepper Sauce
3-3/4 oz. cups of crushed corn flakes
9 Tablespoons of Flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon peper
4 Teaspoon canola oil
 

Instructions
Oven at 400 degrees Dip Chicken in buttermilk and hot red sauce Then put into the dry ingredients. Next put into a greased pan Drizzle oil on the top of chicken. Put in oven for 30 minutes then flip chicken over an another 15 - 20 minutes
original it was 3/4 cup of corn flakes, 3 tablespoons of flour 1/4 teaspoons of salt and pepper I did 6 chicken cutlets
