As you want one you can take one out unwrap the
foil and pop it in the microwave with the wax
paper still on it. This will steam it so it
doesn't get hard.
Breakfast bowls can be made this way as well,
just layer ingredients into a tupperware bowl
and stack in the freezer.
You can also freeze yogurt in a muffin tin.
When ever you want a smoothie just pop one into
the blender with your fruit, milk, sugar,
protein, whatever and you're good to go.
