Preptime   90 mins

Ingredients
1/2 c butter (melted and browned)
1 2/3 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c white sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
1 large egg
1 3/4 c mashed overripe bananas (4 bananas)
1 tbsp greek yogurt

1 tsp pure vanilla
3/4 c toasted pecans, chopped

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees for 60 minutes (or until a tooth pick comes out clean. Add butter to saucepan stirring/whisking frequently. Once melted the butter will foam up a bit, then subside. Watch carefully as lightly browned specks begin to form at the bottom of the pan. The butter should smell nutty. Remove from heat so that the butter can cool down before use. Bake pecan's until lightly toasted.
Mix brown butter, bananas, egg, yogurt & vanilla until mixed through. Add both sugars to the wet mixture. In a separate bowl mix your dry ingredients, flour, baking soda, salt. Add dry mixture to wet mixture and mix until dry mixture is fully incorporated. Toss the pecans with a tsp of flour so they don't sink to the bottom of the bread then fold them into the bread mixture.
Butter and flour the bread pan before pouring in the bread mixture. Bake for 60 minutes.
