1.over medium high heat, cook the bacon until crisp. remove from skillet and set aside, leaving drippings behind
2.Add 1-2 T coconut oil to the pan and add the garlic and jalapenos
3.Once the garlic is browned, turn heat down to medium and add chicken
4.When chicken is almost cooked fully, add pineapple and vinegar. toss everything to coat
5.Add sriracha, tossing to coat
6.turn heat to medium low, cover and simmer for 10 mins
