     Texas Sheet Cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 sticks margarine
1 cup water
3 tbsp cocoa
Mixture 2-
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
 
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Frosting-
1 stick margarine
6 tbsp milk
3 tbsp cocoa
Powdered sugar

Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, and salt in large mixing bowl. Boil margarine, water and cocoa and then pour over flour mixture and beat well.
Mix second set of ingredients together and then beat with first mixture. Pour into buttered jellyroll pan (11 x 15) and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Boil together frosting ingredients and then fold in about 4 cups powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Spread over warm cake.
