Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   Grilling
Servings   4
Preptime   12 hrs 30 min

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp sesame oil
1 cup pure maple sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
Black pepper to taste
1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin

Instructions
Combine mustard, oil, syrup, garlic, and pepper in a bowl. Put pork in a shallow dish and coat throughly with marinade. Cover and chill at least 8 hours, or overnight.
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-low heat. Brush grate with oil.
Remove pork from marinade, then transfer marinade to a small saucepan and simmer on stovetop for 5 min.
Grill pork, basting only cooked sides with marinade, until interior is no longer pink, 15 to 25 minutes. (Resist using higher heat as the marinade will burn) Discard remaining marinade.
