     Sriracha Corn Bites

Category   Appetizers
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 15oz. box of cornbreak. (I prefer Jiffy)
3/4 c Sriracha
1/3 cup vegtable oil
1 egg
Oil for frying, canola, vegetable etc.
Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions
In a medium bowl combine the cornbread mix, oil, egg, and Sriracha. Mix until well combined.....It should be a think batter....adjust accordingly if necessary.
Drop approximately 1 tsp of batter into the hot (350 degree) oil, until they're puffed, and evenly golden. The correct temperature, is critical here for good results with this recipe! They will firm up and crisp up as they cool, but the oil needs to be just about perfect to achieve done center!!!
