     BLT Past Salad

Ingredients
3/4 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp cooked, crumbled bacon
1 Tbsp dry ranch dip mix
1/2 tsp minced garlic
9 oz fresh cheese tortellini
3 cups fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
 

Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, 1 Tbsp of bacon, the ranch dip mix and garlic. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain and rinse under cold water.
In a large bowl, mix tortellini with 3/4 of the dressing, then toss with spinach and tomatoes. Sprinkle with remaining bacon. Add more dressing if desire. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
