Preheat oven to 425 degree F (220C), melt
butter in 25cm(10 inch) skillet. Blend eggs,
milk,and flour until smooth. Pour into hot
skillet. Bake 2 minutes,sprinkle chocolate
pieces over pancakes and bake 15-20 minutes
more until puffed and golden brown. Top with
strawberries and dust with icing sugar, cut
into 6 wedges.
