     Schulte Family's Sausage Egg Casserole

Ingredients
10 eggs
2 1/4 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
2 cups cubed white bread
1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Stir in the sausage, bread cubes, and cheese. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
