     Dijon Steak and Pasta Salad

Ingredients
8 oz campanelle pasta or any short, curly pasta
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup coarse, grain Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup packaged shredded carrots
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup raisins
 
8 oz cooked steak, thinly sliced
4 cups baby spinach

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas during last 4 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool. Drain well. In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and salt until blended. Stir in carrots, onion, raisins and pasta and peas mix. Add the steak and toss. Arrange spinach on a platter and top with the pasta and steak salad.
