Spread sugar over a small plate. Moisten rims of martini glasses with water, twist in sugar to coat rims. Pour blueberry juice into 2 cup measuring cup. Stir in enough curacao to turn juice purple. Transfer to cocktail shaker, add prosecco and vodka. Fill shaker with ice, cover, shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into glasses.
