Ingredients
2/3 c soy sauce
.25 c oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp dry mustard
2 lb flank steak
 
Instructions
Mix marinade in jar. Let stand 2 hours. Place steak in shallow dish. pour marinade over, chill 6-8 hrs.
