1 lb ground beef
.5 tsp salt
1 small onion
.5 tsp garlic salt
1.5 Italian seasoning
.75 tsp dried oregano
.75 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 dash hot sauce
1.5 T worchestershire
 
1/3 c milk
.25 c parmesan
.5 c seasoned bread crumbs
Instructions
Forms 12 meatballs. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min.
