     Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients
8 slices bread, cubed
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
12 eggs whipped
1/2 c. milk
sprinkle salt
1 c. maple syrup
6 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
 

Instructions
Place 1/2 the bread cubes in 9x13, greased pan. Cube the cream cheese over the bread, then put the rest of the bread on top. Combine the eggs, milk, salt & syrup and pour over bread. Sprinkle the bacon over the top. Cover and refrigerate over night. In the morning back at 375 for 45 minutes.
