     Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients
3 eggs beaten
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 t. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/4 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 1/2 t. soda
 
2 1/2 t. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
Mix together all liquid ingredients, then add dry ones. Mix well. Bake in 10 inch tube pan or two bread pans for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
