     Italian meatballs & sauce

Ingredients
1 lg.can of tomato puree or crushed tomatoes
1 small can of tomato paste & 1 can water
oregano, basil,
lg. yellow onion, chopped finely
olive oil
sugar - 3 TBSP. (I use less)
salt - 1 TBSP. or less
pepper
 
MEATBALLS
1 1/4 LBS. hamburger
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
S & P

Instructions
Chop onion & sauté in olive oil until transparent or soft Add the rest of the ingredients
Meatballs. Mix ingredients until a good consistency. Roll and cook in sauce for 1 hour.
