heat olive oil in soup pot. add onion and
saute. add garlic and saute one minute longer.
add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, chicken
bouillon, sugar, and italian seasoning to pot.
cover with lid and simmer for 5 minutes. add
tortellini and simmer according to package
directions. add heavy cream and serve.
