Category   Breakfast - Brunch
Sub Category   None
Servings   6
Preptime   15 minutes

Ingredients
1 cup Port wine
1 2-inch-by-1/2-inch strip orange peel
1 cinnamon stick
1 tbsp honey
3 cups (1 pound) halved red or black grapes
6 scoops low-fat Greek yogurt or frozen yogurt
6 sprigs of mint, washed

Instructions
Put wine, orange peel, cinnamon stick and honey into saucepan and bring to boil, stirring to dissolve honey.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until liquid is reduced to about 1/3 cup (approximately 15-20 minutes).
Using a slotted spoon, remove orange peel and cinnamon stick and discard. Stir in grapes. Allow to sit, stirring occasionally (at least an hour or up to two hours at room temperature) or place in an airtight container in refrigerator, where it will keep up to three days.
Serve over plain, low-fat Greek yogurt or your favorite frozen yogurt. Garnish with mint leaves.
