2 (28-oz) cans baked beans with brown sugar and bacon
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 cup barbecue sauce
6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 5 minutes
or until softened. Transfer to a 4-quart slow
cooker.
Add beans, mustard, and barbecue sauce to slow
cooker. Stir to combine. Cover and cook HIGH 30 to
45 minutes or until thickened. Spoon beans into 8
individual bowls, top with bacon, and serve.
