Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheight. Place
cauliflower in a large bowl. Add oil, cumin, and
salt and pepper to taste; stir to coat. Place in a
single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
Roast 35 minutes or until cauliflower is lightly
browned and tender. Serve warm.
