     Mango Salsa

Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) Del Monte Diced Mango in Light Syrup
1 can (14.5 oz) Del Monte Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or mint
1/2 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped or 2 tbsp canned diced jalapenos
2 tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
 

Instructions
Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Serving Suggestions
Serve as a dip with tortilla or pita chips or as a topping for quesadillas or grilled chicken, fish or pork.
