In a medium bowl soak dates in warm water 1 hour.
Drain dates and place in a food processor. Process
until smooth. Add almonds and cocoa; pulse until
mixture is just combined.
Space mixture into bite-sized balls. Roll balls in
coconut until evenly coated. Store in an airtight
container for up to 1 week.
