     Philly Cheese Steak Dip

Ingredients
1½ cups GRILLED and small chopped thin cut shoulder steak
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced green pepper/or red pepper
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ cup mayo
4 oz. shredded or chopped cheese/mozza/provolone or marble
1tbsp crushed garlic
1/4-1/2 cup of diced hot peppers
 
1 tbsp montreal steak spice

Instructions
1.Saute onions and pepper and steak bits with the steak spice, and garlic
2 Add the cream cheese, mayo, and hot peppers to the mixture. For extra heat add a dash of Franks Red Hot Sauce Cook in 350-degree oven for 15-25 minutes or until everything is melted and hot.
3. Serve with chips or toasted baguettes
NOTE- Add more or less garlic, Montreal steak spice, as desired. You can divide into small oven safe dishes and freeze. When you want a snack thaw, or put in the oven frozen at 375 degrees. Cook until it is hot and bubbly.
