Simmer first 7 ingredients while spaghetti is
cooking. When spaghetti is done, drain & rinse
in hot water. Add one beaten egg, 1/2 c.
margarine, & 1/2 c. parmesan cheese. Stir
together & line bottom of 3 small pie pans or 2
large ones (by hand) with cooled spaghetti. Add
1 can sliced olives to sauce then pour sauce
into lined pans. Cover with generous layer of
mozzarella cheese - cover noodles completely
with cheese or they will get hard. Bake at 325
degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let stand 5-10
minutes before cutting.
