     Mom's Salmon

Ingredients
Teriyaki Sauce/or mix some soy and OJ (50/50)
OR 1/3 White wine 2/3 Soy
2- 3 Green onions finely chopped
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
1 Salmon filet 4-6oz per person
 

Instructions
Marinate the salmon in skin side up (so pink side is down in marinade) for about 20minutes
Turn salmon right side up and sprinkle with some dried thyme and green onions
Bake in a 325 oven for 20-30 minutes and then check to see if done. Will depend on how thick your fillet is
Serving Suggestions
Serve with red potato/Green bean salad
