Preheat oven to 350. Place butter in baking dish and place in oven until butter is melted. While butter is melting, combine sugar and flour in small bowl. Add milk and mix completely. Remove melted butter from oven. Pour batter over melted butter - DO NOT STIR. Spoon peach slices over batter - DO NOT STIR. Bake in oven for 40-50 minutes or until top of cobbler is golden and bubbly.
