3 eggs - beat for 5 minutes, gradually add 1 C. sugar while continuing to beat
2/3 C. pumpkin
1 t. lemon juice
3/4 C. flour
1 t. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. ginger
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. salt
1 C. nuts
Instructions
Cook in greased & floured jelly roll pan. Bake at
375 for 15 minutes. Immediately remove from pan
onto powdered sugared towel. Roll inside towel and
cool completely.
Filling-
1 c. powdered sugar,
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese,
1/4 c. soft butter,
1/2 t. vanilla,
1/2 8 oz. pkg. cool whip,
re-roll
