     Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients
1 (9 inch) pie crust, unbaked (not deep dish)
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons sifted flour
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
 

Instructions
Mix ingredients together and pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 30 degrees for 0 minutes, then reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake until golden brown - approximately 1 hour. The pie is done when a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 1 hour and then serve.
