     Choco - Almond Truffles

Ingredients
15 large Medjool dates pitted
(used Deglet Noor Dates, didn't have at that moment still turns out good)
100g shredded coconuts unsweetened
100 ground almonds or nuts of your chioce
2 tblspoons coconut oil room temperature
4 tblspoons cocao powder
1 tblspoon water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 

Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor for about 1 minute (I have used Deglet Noor dates and they are a bit dry so I mushed them in a little warm water, not much). If you don't have a food processor mix all by hand and the dates have to be mushed by a fork. Put the mixture in fridge for about 10 minutes. Then form about 15-20 round truffles with your hands. They should be the size of a small golf ball. Roll the truffles in cocao powder, shredded coconuts or chopped nuts. I have roll them in chocolate vermicelli, colored vermicelli and zucchero granula. Place in fridge for 30-45 minutes before serving. They are very soft from inside! Enjoy -) Taste so good!
