     Italian Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 pound bulk sausage
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can light red beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can white or navy beans, drained
1 large (14 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
 
1 can diced tomatoes with juice

Instructions
In skillet cook sausage with onion and garlic until done. Drain off all grease. Combine all ingredients in soup pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat and serve.
