     Coconut Chocolate Chip Bars

Ingredients
1 banana, mashed
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup oats
1/4 cup ground flax
1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup chia seeds
 
2 tbsp chocolate chips
almond milk for consistency

Instructions
Mash banana. Mix in the remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips. Transfer batter to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and flatten into a square. Top with chocolate chips and press down. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cut into 8 rectangles.
