     GRAHAM CRACKER/GINGER SNAP CRUST

Ingredients
1 Package ¾- - cup graham crackers
8 -10 ginger snaps ½ cup
¼ cup melted butter
2 T. sugar
 

Instructions
Finely grind crackers and cookies, and mix all ingredients together.
Press evenly and FIRMLY into pie dish. ( I use pan or glass to press and roll sides firmly). Bake in 375 degree oven for 5 minutes. Cool
This crust can be put back into oven for short time for pies such as Key Lime.
If crust seems too dry or too skimpy add a little more butter or crumbs if necessary
