     2015 Crockpot Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
(1) 26-32oz bag frozen hashbrowns
(1) 8oz sour cream
(1) 10.5oz can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
Salt & pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Pour hashbrowns into large bowl. In separate bowl combine sour cream, soup, salt, pepper and onion.
Mix together with melted butter and cheese.
Pour into cooking sprayed crockpot. Cook on low for 4 hours.
