Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. Combine the
mashed banana and yogurt in a bowl and add the dry
ingredients on top.

Add the milk and mix to combine, adding a little more milk
if needed at a time till a thick batter is achieved–a spoon
placed on top of the batter should sink slowly; a little like
pancake batter consistency.

|
Mix in some cherries and dark chocolate chunks and pour
into a baking dish.
|
|
|
Top with reserved banana if you wish, more cherries and
dark chocolate chunks and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool
till warm but not scalding hot before eating.
