     Black Forest Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 large banana mashed
1/4 cup yogurt/coconut cream
6 tbs oats
1 tbs coconut flour (2 tbs normal flour like oat/wholewheat will probably work)
1 tbs cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Cinnamon/coffee granules
6 tbs-1/2 cup milk
 
Cherries, chopped
dark chocolate chunks

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. Combine the mashed banana and yogurt in a bowl and add the dry ingredients on top.
Add the milk and mix to combine, adding a little more milk if needed at a time till a thick batter is achieved–a spoon placed on top of the batter should sink slowly; a little like pancake batter consistency.
Mix in some cherries and dark chocolate chunks and pour into a baking dish.
Top with reserved banana if you wish, more cherries and dark chocolate chunks and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool till warm but not scalding hot before eating.
