     Dill Cream Soup

Ingredients
New potatoes, cubed
3 cups water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream
2 T. flour
1 or 2 T. fresh dill, chopped
pinch of white pepper
1 tsp. vinegar
Hard boiled eggs
 
Green beans, chopped

Instructions
Boil potatoes and beans in 3 cups water in Dutch Oven. Bring to a boil, add salt. Boil until tender
Cream sour cream and flour together.
When potatoes are tender, remove pot from heat and add sour cream mixture. Return pot to heat.
Stir soup until it becomes bubbly. Add dill, vinegar and boiled eggs.
