     Crisco Pastry 2014 Original

Ingredients
2 c flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 c crisco chilled
4-8 T cold water
 

Instructions
Spoon flour into a dry measuring cup. Level with back of knife. Add in salt. Cut in Crisco with pastry cutter of two knives. Sprinkle in water and bring dough together with hands or large spoon being careful not to over work or dough will be tough. cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 min. Roll out on well floured board.
