     Carrot and coriander salad

Ingredients
grated carrot (4)
2 handfuls of coriander chopped
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp of seasame oil
2 tsbp of seasame seeds toasted
 

Instructions
Use a julienne peeler (or just shred the carrots if you don’t have one) to peel the carrots and put in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Leave for 30 minutes before serving.
