Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
Blend in melted chocolate and egg yolks. Sieve
salt, spices and flour and stir alternately
with the milk. Fold in stiffy beaten egg whites
and peel. Place in a grease baking loaf tin.
Bake in a moderate oven 180c for about 45
minutes. When cool decorate with chopped
chocolate on top or Chocolate Butter Icing or
anything you like. Enjoy, it's very moist, very
